Alloy C-hub for the XV-01 front end

This alloy front C-hub is made for the TAMIYA XV-01 platform and supplied as a 1pr replacement, model XV019. It replaces the standard plastic front C-hub and is intended for hobby use in steering and front suspension tuning on 1/10 scale models.

As a metal component, the alloy C-hub provides a firmer mounting point for the steering knuckle and can alter steering input feel and suspension behaviour compared with stock plastic parts. The design fits the XV-01 front assembly and is sold as one pair (1pr).

Fitting is straightforward for anyone experienced with basic chassis maintenance: remove the factory C-hub, transfer bearings or pins as required, and secure the alloy hub with the original mounting hardware. No extra tools are included, and fasteners should be torqued to the chassis maker's recommendations.

Using an alloy C-hub can produce small changes in steering response and geometry repeatability. Treat it as part of a broader setup process that also considers wheel alignment, shock settings, and tyre selection rather than a single performance fix.
