This alloy battery holder plate is a direct replacement designed to fit Tamiya TT02 and TT02B chassis, adding a machined heat sink surface to help disperse heat from the battery during extended running sessions.
Engineered to match the TT02 battery bay, the rigid aluminium plate replaces the stock plastic tray and secures the pack using the original chassis mounting points. It maintains the factory battery position for common pack sizes used on these models.
Fitting is simple: remove the original tray, align the alloy plate to the existing holes and refit the original screws. Check alignment before final tightening to avoid putting stress on the pack or mounts. The heat sink face boosts passive cooling and can help when testing battery placement and underbody airflow.
