25T aluminium steering arm for TT02B

This aluminium 25T servo horn and aluminium tie rod are offered as an aftermarket upgrade for the TAMIYA TT02B platform, model TT2B025TM. The set replaces the stock plastic servo arm to give a firmer link between the servo spline and steering linkage, which helps reduce flex under higher steering loads typical of tuned TT02B builds.

Fitting is simple but requires care: confirm your servo uses a 25T spline, set the servo to its neutral position before slipping the horn onto the spline, then secure with the original mounting screw(s). Ensure correct thread engagement and avoid over-tightening to prevent stripping the spline or screws. This component is intended for radio-controlled model use only.

In practical tuning terms, the aluminium horn and tie rod lower compliance at the steering pivot so drivers can expect a crisper, more direct feel when paired with a high-torque servo. After installation check steering travel and nearby clearances to make sure the steering range is unhindered.

The horn is designed for TT02B-style steering with a 25T servo spline; check your chassis' steering knuckle spacing and servo spline count to confirm fit before installing.
Any servo with a 25T output spline will work; the upgrade benefits are most noticeable with a higher torque metal-geared servo that reduces play in steering.
Periodically inspect the spline and threads for wear, check the mounting screw tightness, and replace the part if you see deformation after heavy impacts.
