This aluminum front upper suspension arm is made for the Tamiya TT-02 platform and comes in a light blue anodized finish. It replaces the factory plastic arm to give a more rigid mounting point while keeping the original TT-02 chassis layout and fitment.
Installation is simple for anyone familiar with TT-02 maintenance: remove the stock arm, move over any pivot pins or bushings as needed, and fasten the aluminum arm with the factory screws. The part is intended for use with standard TT-02 front hubs, suspension pins, and related hardware; inspect existing pins and bearings prior to fitting.
From a setup perspective, fitting an aluminum upper arm raises front pickup stiffness and can alter steering feel and suspension reaction. Make tuning changes incrementally and pair the arm with appropriate spring and damper settings to dial in the handling balance.
