Delrin shaft collars for TT01 drift arm

This RC-scale Delrin collar set is made to suit Tamiya TT01 assemblies that use the TT055D drift arm. The kit includes 4 keyed collars that locate and space the shaft precisely. Machined Delrin provides low friction for spacer and bearing seat duties where small axial adjustments and secure positioning are required on drivetrain or steering shafts in drift setups.

Fitting is simple on compatible TT01 shafts: slide the collar onto the shaft, move it to the desired location and secure using the original set screw or retaining clip on the drift arm assembly. Verify alignment with the mating hub and ensure the shaft rotates freely through its travel before final tightening. Use existing chassis hardware; no extra tools are supplied with this set.

For tuning, Delrin collars let you control endplay and lateral clearance without adding rotating weight, and they are a good replacement for worn spacers. Inspect the collars periodically for grit or scoring and replace if the fit loosens or surface wear appears.
