7075 aluminium servo bracket for TT01

This 7075 aluminium servo mount is an upgraded metal bracket for the TAMIYA TT01 platform, supplied as model TT024N. It replaces the stock plastic tray with a machined aluminium unit to reduce flex and give the servo a stiffer mounting base for crisper steering response.

The kit includes the small fasteners required for fitment, with cap head screws, lock nuts and countersink shims included. A rigid aluminium mount helps the servo deliver steering inputs with less chassis movement, which improves consistency when fine tuning toe, Ackermann and servo endpoints.

Installation notes: the bracket lines up with standard TT01 servo holes and is retained using the supplied 3x8 cap head screws and 3mm lock nuts; countersink shims are provided where minor spacing is needed. Fit with appropriate hand tools and avoid overtightening to protect the servo case and threads.

Packing includes

  • Servo Mount - 2pcs
  • Grade 12.9 black Cap Head Screws 3x8 - 4pcs
  • 3MM Lock nut - 2pcs
  • 3mm Counter Sink Shims - 4pcs

Compatible Models

Yes, the bracket matches the standard TT01 servo mounting pattern and installs in the original location without chassis modification.
The pack contains two servo mounts, four 3x8 cap head screws, two 3mm lock nuts and four countersink shims for correct seating.
Fit screws by hand at first, use the shims to achieve flush seating, and tighten evenly to avoid distorting the mount or stripping threads.
