This aluminium front upper suspension arm is a scale RC replacement part designed for TAMIYA TL-01, GF-01, and WR-02 chassis layouts. Made as a direct-fit component, it replaces the stock plastic upper arm to provide a stable mounting point for the steering knuckle and upper suspension link.

Intended role: fit this arm when you need a firmer upper pivot for suspension tuning, more repeatable camber and toe after repeated runs, or reduced flex in high-stress setups. This is a chassis-level accessory intended for model-scale tuning and setup work only.

Installation notes: remove the stock arm and transfer any bushings or pins used in the original assembly, verify the fit at the steering knuckle and shock tower, and check clearances with the servo saver and adjacent drive components. Tighten mounting hardware to a firm, but not overdriven, torque and confirm free movement through the suspension travel. Periodic inspection for fastener security is recommended.

Tuning tips: when introducing aluminium arms into an otherwise plastic suspension, make incremental changes to handling—adjust toe and camber a little at a time and confirm behaviour on the track or test surface. Aluminium increases stiffness at the upper mount, so match valving or spring rates to keep chassis balance.
