This aluminum rear lower suspension arm is machined to suit Tamiya TL-01, GF-01 and WR-02 chassis and finished in light blue anodizing. As a precision replacement for the stock plastic component, it lowers local compliance and provides a stable mounting point for suspension geometry on both touring and drift cars.
Fitting is simple for those familiar with these Tamiya platforms: remove the original rear lower arm, inspect the hinge pin and mount points for wear, fit the new arm and cycle the suspension to confirm there is no contact with the chassis or body. Install one side at a time and recheck wheel alignment and toe after refit.
For setup changes: upgrading to an aluminum lower arm reduces flex at the mount, producing a crisper turn-in and more predictable mid-corner response. This is a tuning change to transient behaviour rather than ride height, so adjust shock mounting positions and toe to restore handling balance.
