This aluminium rear shock tower mount is an aftermarket replacement part for the TAMIYA TB04 chassis, supplied as a single item (TB4029). It replaces the stock mounting point for the rear shocks to deliver a more rigid and repeatable anchor than standard plastic pieces.

Made for RC use on TB04 layouts, the mount matches the rear shock tower mounting points on the TB04 chassis. As an aluminium upgrade it emphasises rigidity and consistent fitment to aid suspension tuning, helping the car respond more predictably when you change spring rates, damping or shock positions.

Fitting is straightforward for TB04 builds: remove the factory rear shock tower hardware, locate the aluminium tower on the existing chassis points and fasten using the original screws.
