Front shock mount for TB04 touring

This aluminium front damper mount is an aftermarket replacement made for the Tamiya TB04 platform, model TB4028. It replaces the stock front damper mounting point to give a firmer, more consistent anchor for shock absorbers used on TB04 touring car setups.

Role in setup: the mount positions the front dampers and transfers loads between the shock bodies and the front bulkhead or shock tower. Switching to an aluminium base reduces flex at the damper pivot compared with some plastic mounts, helping preserve damper geometry through suspension travel and while you adjust preload, damping and ride height for handling tuning.

Fitment notes: this part fits the TB04 front damper arrangement and installs with the chassis original hardware and shocks. Remove the existing mount during basic front-end service, tighten fasteners evenly and check damper alignment after fitting, then verify travel and clearance across the full suspension stroke before running.
