The TB03-15 is a 7075 aluminium motor mount engineered to fit the Tamiya TB-03 chassis as a direct hop-up replacement. It gives a stiffer motor interface and repeatable alignment to help maintain consistent pinion-to-spur mesh and simplify gear tuning on road and club setups.

This aluminium unit replaces the stock plastic mount while using the TB-03's existing mounting points and hardware. The 7075 alloy increases stiffness compared with stock materials, reducing flex under acceleration and braking and helping to keep gear engagement steady under load.

Fitting is straightforward for a hobbyist with basic hand tools: remove the factory mount, transfer the motor with any spacers or shims, fit the TB03-15 into the chassis, and secure with the original screws. After installation, check motor height, backlash and mesh, and make fine adjustments to minimise noise and optimise tooth contact.

Use this mount to cut down motor movement, achieve a firmer mesh setup and make gear tuning more predictable on TB-03 cars that keep stock mounting geometry.
