The JR-TA702-DB is an aluminum front C-hub carrier made for RC scale use on Tamiya TA07 and TB04 chassis. It provides the mounting point for the front upright and steering linkages and arrives with a dark blue anodized finish to match common hop-up setups.
This item replaces the stock front C-hub carrier on the specified TA07/TB04 platforms and is intended to use the original mounting interface and hardware where compatible. Typical installation follows standard front-end service: remove wheel and upright, unbolt the existing carrier, transfer bearings or bushings as needed, and secure the aluminium carrier to the chassis bellcrank area.
On-track the aluminum carrier offers a more rigid mounting surface for steering components and front suspension pickup points, helping to hold alignment under load. After fitting, check steering throw, servo linkage clearance, and that bearings or pins seat correctly to avoid binding.
Maintenance tips: inspect mounting threads and the anodized finish after intense use, re-torque retaining screws to factory spec, and replace any worn pins or bushings rather than forcing parts together.
