Machined aluminium bridge for Tamiya chassis

This RC aluminium bridge suspension mount fits the Tamiya TA05-R, TRF415 and TRF-416 families. Supplied as model 415-01/B1D, it replaces the standard bridge-style mount to provide a firmer mounting point for suspension linkages and shocks.

The part is made from aluminium to reduce flex compared to stock plastic bridges, helping to hold shock positions steady during setup and while running. A more rigid mount assists with repeatable preload and damping changes.

Installation is straightforward: line the mount up with the chassis shock towers, secure with the existing screw locations, and confirm eyelet alignment before final torque. Use the correct thread sizes and common RC hand tools to avoid hardware damage.

As a tuning item, this bridge mount stabilizes upper shock geometry so small changes to shock angle and leverage remain consistent across multiple runs.
