CNC aluminium suspension mount for TA05-R, TRF415 and TRF-416

This CNC aluminium suspension mount replaces the stock plastic unit on Tamiya TA05-R, TRF415 and TRF-416 touring car chassis. It offers a firmer, longer lasting mounting point compared with common plastic parts and is aimed at situations where precise suspension geometry and repeatable setup are important during tuning and track use.

The mount is supplied as 1 pcs and mounts to the original mounting points on the listed chassis without any chassis modification. As a rigid aluminium component, expect changes to pitch and roll feel depending on your overall suspension setup; use it as part of an iterative tuning process rather than a single fix.

Installation uses the chassis' existing screw locations; verify fastener lengths and thread engagement when replacing plastic mounts. Check wheel alignment after fitting and re-torque fasteners after the first running session to confirm secure fitment and consistent handling.
