12mm adaptor for TA05 lineup

This aluminium 12mm wheel adaptor fits the Tamiya TA05 family including TA05, TA05-IFS, TA05-R and TRF-416 and is supplied as Version 2 with a +1 degree toe offset. It is designed to shift wheel offset and introduce a small positive toe change without replacing hub housings or wheel hexes.

Fitting is simple for anyone used to touring car wheel work: remove the wheel and current adaptor or hex, slide the 12mm adaptor onto the axle/hex, then secure using the original wheel nut or retaining hardware. Use the correct hex driver, verify thread engagement and do basic alignment checks on a flat surface before running on track.

As a tuning accessory, this adaptor changes wheel offset and a slight toe-in that can sharpen turn-in and tweak track width. Apply it incrementally while adjusting roll centre, steering feel or balance on carpet or asphalt and log changes to compare handling differences.
