Aluminum lower case for front gearbox

This aluminum front gearbox lower half is manufactured for RC-scale TAMIYA TA01, TA02 and DF01 chassis and is finished in light blue anodize. As a direct replacement for the plastic front gearbox bottom, the aluminum shell improves casing rigidity and serves as a practical upgrade to stabilise the front drivetrain for tuning and track use.

Fitting is a straightforward swap onto the listed TAMIYA chassis and requires basic front gear assembly disassembly. Use the correct hex drivers and keep original gear alignment and bearing positions when installing the aluminum lower half. This component is intended for model-scale RC applications only.

During setup the aluminum lower case helps limit flex under load and gives a firmer mounting platform for the front drivetrain, which makes gear mesh and suspension adjustments more predictable without altering gear sizes or motor components.
