This aluminum rear gear box cover is a direct-fit RC-scale replacement designed for Tamiya TA01, TA02 and DF01 chassis. As a metal top plate for the rear gearbox area, it replaces the original cover to provide a stiffer mounting surface and a tougher contact area where the gearbox meets the chassis.

Fitment is limited to the listed Tamiya chassis. The part is supplied in red anodized aluminum and uses the stock mounting points to secure the gearbox assembly. Installation replaces the OEM cover with the alloy unit while keeping factory screw locations and alignment; always verify gear mesh and ensure fasteners are evenly seated after fitting.
