The JR-TA106-RD front shock tower is an aluminum replacement designed for Tamiya TA01 and TA02 1/10 touring chassis. The red anodized finish gives a stiffer mounting surface for the front shocks, reducing flex compared with stock plastic towers.

Installation is straightforward for hobbyists familiar with TA01/TA02 maintenance: remove the original tower, transfer any required spacers or bushings, align the new tower with the shock mounts and steering components, then secure using the factory hardware. Double-check shock and steering tie rod alignment before final torqueing to avoid binding.
