Rear axle adapter pair for T3-01

This is a purpose made rear axle adapter set for the TAMIYA T3-01 DANCING RIDER chassis supplied by GPM, model T3022. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminium, the parts balance light weight with tensile strength and stabilise the wheel joints at each end of the rear axle to help maintain smooth operation under impact and load.

The adapters are produced to tight tolerances so the bearing contact surface reduces axial clearance, enabling the rear wheel joints to rotate with less slop and more consistency. The kit includes four stainless steel round head screws 3x8 to fasten the adapters to the axle assembly so no extra fasteners are normally required.

As a practical upgrade, these adapters help limit unwanted movement at rear pivots which can give more predictable handling and reduce drivetrain binding during hard acceleration or cornering. Fitting needs basic rear axle disassembly and common hand tools, plus a check for correct bearing seating and screw torque to avoid preloading the bearings.
