This single-piece aluminium front damper mount is an aftermarket 1pc upgrade for the Tamiya M1025 Hummer RC chassis. It replaces the original plastic mounting point to give a firmer, more stable surface for the front shocks and to keep shock shafts aligned during setup and use.

Fitting is straightforward for anyone comfortable with basic disassembly: remove the stock plastic mount, test-fit the aluminium component to check alignment with the shock shafts and suspension arms, then fasten using the existing mounting holes and appropriate screws. Do not force components; confirm full suspension travel clearance before final tightening.

From a setup perspective, the aluminium mount helps reduce variation in shock geometry under load, which can make spring and damping adjustments more repeatable. This part is intended for RC-scale models and is suitable for club running, practice sessions, or light competition use.
