This aftermarket servo saver and aluminium tie rod set is a scale-oriented replacement for the Tamiya M1025 Hummer, specified as a hi-torque 25T interface and finished in aluminium. The assembly is intended to protect the steering servo by allowing controlled give in the linkage while offering a stiffer metal tie rod alternative to common plastic parts.

Fitment and purpose: designed to suit the M1025 Hummer chassis using a 25T servo-spline connection, this unit acts as a durability and tuning item rather than an electronic upgrade. It helps stabilise steering feedback and provides a more robust linkage than basic factory plastic components.

Installation notes: this servo saver replaces the stock saver assembly and the aluminium tie rod swaps into the steering linkage where the plastic rod sat. During installation check spline alignment and secure the assembly to the servo arm using the original mounting points. After fitting, centre the steering and verify full-lock travel to avoid any binding.
