A slim side stiffener created for the TAMIYA M07 chassis to change torsional stiffness and give more setup options. This hop-up part fits the M07 side plate mounting points and adds an extra load path across the chassis sides.
In practice the stiffener is used to tweak handling balance: increasing lateral stiffness can reduce unwanted flex under cornering loads and help the car feel more composed through mid-corner phases. Effects will vary depending on springs, roll bars and tyre choices.
Fitting is straightforward for anyone comfortable with routine M07 maintenance, requiring body removal and access to the side plate fasteners. Follow Tamiya torque specs and screw sizes; the stiffener does not change servo, ESC, or motor mounting positions.
Fit this side stiffener when you want firmer lateral response from an M07 setup; adjust settings incrementally and log changes so you can return to baseline if needed.
