Machined Derlin pistons with a four-hole pattern made for the TAMIYA M06 chassis. The low-friction Derlin surface reduces stiction on shock shafts and works predictably with silicone shock oil, while the 4-hole layout controls flow for a balanced damping response.

These pistons are designed as direct replacements for standard M06-style shock internals. Fitting requires full shock service: remove the dampers, strip out old pistons and springs, insert the machined Derlin pistons, then rebuild using the same oil and seals. Pay attention to piston orientation and hole alignment if you want symmetric front and rear behaviour.

On-track tuning uses the 4-hole pistons to alter oil transfer during compression and rebound. They suit riders who want repeatable mid-speed damping and consistent performance across multiple shocks when changing oil weight or spring rates.
