Aluminium steering upgrade for Tamiya M06

This aluminium steering assembly is a metal replacement made for the Tamiya M06 RC chassis and sold as an aftermarket set (model M6048). It swaps the stock plastic steering parts for aluminium hardware to increase front-end stiffness and make small setup adjustments more consistent lap after lap.

Fit and installation: built to install where the original steering linkages and mounts sit on the Tamiya M06 platform, the kit is supplied as a single set. During fitment check alignment, balljoint seating and steering travel, and reuse compatible fasteners where they are sound. Re-check fastener torque after the first few runs.

Tuning role: replacing plastic steering components with aluminium alters steering feedback and helps separate geometry changes when adjusting toe or caster for handling balance. Use this assembly when you need more consistent turn-in and repeatable mid-corner behaviour.
