This graphite rear shock tower is an RC hop-up made for the TAMIYA M05 chassis, supplied as 3Racing M05-06/WO. It replaces the factory plastic rear shock mount with a stiffer graphite unit to stabilise the rear suspension pickup and provide clearer feedback during setup changes on track or during practice.

Installation is straightforward for hobbyists comfortable with M05 service: remove the stock tower, re-use existing hardware and shock mount pins, then secure the graphite tower to the original mounting points. No special tools beyond standard hex drivers are normally required, and the part is a direct-fit upgrade when M05 compatibility is stated.

From a setup perspective, a graphite rear tower reduces flex around the shock mounting area, which sharpens chassis response and helps drivers dial rear damping and spring rates more predictably without swapping shock internals.
