This graphite rear shock tower is designed for the Tamiya FF-03 chassis and is listed as model FF03-16/WO. It replaces the stock rear shock mount to give increased structural stiffness and a more consistent mounting platform for rear suspension components during setup and on-track testing.
The graphite construction reduces flex compared with standard plastic mounts, helping to deliver repeatable suspension geometry when you change shock positions, spring rates, or ride height. It is intended as a chassis hop-up for electric touring and racing FF-03 models rather than a complete assembly.
Fitting typically involves removing the rear body mounts and the factory shock tower, then securing this tower to the chassis using the existing mounting points and hardware; check hole alignment before final torque. Once fitted, the tower acts as a stable reference when adjusting shock angles and mounting positions to tune rear traction and transient behaviour.
