Precision aluminium ball differential for TAMIYA kits

This aluminium ball differential system is a scale RC driveline component compatible with TAMIYA FF02, M03, M03L, M03M, M04L and M04M chassis variants. It is finished in a light blue anodised aluminium and replaces standard plastic or steel diff housings where a ball differential is fitted.

In use the unit provides a true seating surface for the diff balls and permits fine tuning of differential action through shims and the clutching techniques common to TAMIYA ball diffs. The part is meant to integrate with the original differential assembly on the listed chassis without requiring changes to motor, gearbox or electronics.

Installation notes: check alignment with the factory diff cups and verify spur gear mesh, apply suitable thread locker to metal fasteners where recommended, and avoid over-tightening to prevent bearing preload. Regular maintenance should include cleaning the gear teeth and bearings and inspecting ball and race surfaces for wear.
