This FF02-04 aluminium universal shaft is an RC-scale driveline replacement made for the Tamiya FF02 chassis. It swaps the stock plastic or quasi-metal part for a single-piece aluminium shaft that retains the original mounting points and overall geometry.

Installation is straightforward for anyone familiar with FF02 upkeep: remove the original shaft, inspect the driveshaft cups and pin retention, fit the aluminium shaft into the existing cups, and verify there is no binding through full suspension travel and steering sweep.
