This aluminum front shock tower is supplied by JAZRIDER for use with the TAMIYA DT-03 chassis and comes in a green finish. It replaces the original plastic tower to provide a more rigid mounting area for the front suspension and to stabilise shock absorber positioning during setup and testing.
The tower's role is to secure the upper ends of the front shocks and to act as a consistent reference point when changing shock mounting holes or trying different spring and damper settings. Being machined from metal, the tower increases stiffness at the shock mount which can alter handling feedback and fine-tuning choices.
Installation notes: the component is designed to match the DT-03 front tower mounting pattern so it can be fitted in place of the standard item. Confirm hole alignment and reuse compatible fasteners from the chassis or source suitable hardware if required. Also check servo and steering link clearances to prevent interference after fitment.
