Upgraded alloy C-hub for DF-02

This DF2019 front C-hub is an aftermarket replacement designed for the Tamiya DF-02 radio-controlled chassis. It swaps the stock plastic hub for an aluminium alloy unit while keeping Delrin collars where the knuckle pivots and wheel axles locate. The metal body provides a firmer mounting point for front suspension and steering parts without changing the DF-02 front end geometry.

Installation follows the same service sequence as the OEM part: remove the front knuckles and steering links, replace the C-hub, and refit the knuckles with the original mounting hardware. After fitting, check wheel alignment and freeplay, and confirm the collars turn smoothly inside the knuckle to avoid binding.

As a tuning upgrade this alloy C-hub increases durability and delivers a more consistent steering feel for drivers who prefer a metal pivot contact. The Delrin collars reduce direct metal-on-metal wear and help keep articulation smooth. The unit is compatible with standard DF-02 steering components and matches the stock mounting pattern.
