DF01 aluminum front arms overview

The JR-DF101-LB replacement front suspension arms are an RC-scale aluminum upgrade intended for Tamiya DF01-based buggies. These blue aluminum arms act as a direct substitute for the original plastic pieces while keeping DF01 geometry, giving increased rigidity for more consistent steering feedback and setup adjustments without changing the chassis layout.

Fitting is a bolt-on swap using the stock DF01 mounting points and hardware. Verify hinge pin and ball stud alignment before final torque to ensure free movement of the steering linkages and wheel hubs. Because this affects chassis stiffness, re-check toe and camber settings after installation as part of setup work.

Use these arms to reduce front-end flex and to provide a firmer platform when tuning springs, shock locations, or caster settings. Intended for 1/10 scale RC models only and not for full-size vehicle use.
