Upgraded aluminium front arm bulk for CW-01

This aftermarket aluminium front arm bulk is made for the Tamiya CW-01 chassis family, including The Hornet and Grasshopper, and is supplied as model JR-LB05-GU. It replaces the stock plastic bulk to give a firmer mounting point for the front suspension on 1/10-scale buggies.

Machined aluminium with a gun metal finish emphasises rigidity and repeatable geometry over weight savings. The reduced flex at the front mounting points preserves steering input and front wheel alignment during acceleration, braking and cornering on typical off-road surfaces.

Designed for direct replacement of the CW-01 front arm bulk, it mounts to the same locations on the chassis. As a structural element of the front suspension, expect a noticeable change in steering feedback and handling character useful when dialing in sharper turn-in or less front compliance.

Routine care is simple: wipe mating surfaces free of grit and inspect the screw holes after heavy running. The gun metal finish helps hide surface marks, but treat this as a stiffness upgrade rather than a lightening mod.
