Aluminium 25T servo saver and tie rods

The Jazrider JR-CC211-RD is a scale steering upgrade made for TAMIYA CC-02 chassis builds. It pairs an aluminium hi-torque 25T servo saver with matching aluminium tie rods to stiffen the link between the servo output and steering linkage while keeping fitment straightforward.

The parts are intended to minimise flex at the servo horn interface, shift steering loads away from the servo spline, and produce a more consistent steering feel for trail and crawler-style CC-02 rigs. This kit is presented as a chassis-level accessory for scale RC use only.

Installation notes: the set replaces the stock plastic saver and tie rods using the CC-02 steering knuckle mounting points and standard servo horn. Verify spline engagement and thread length during assembly, and confirm steering travel before final tightening to avoid binding. No specialised parts are assumed beyond common hobby tools.

Remove the stock saver and tie rods, fit the aluminium saver onto the servo spline, then attach the tie rods to the steering knuckles. Check spline fit and thread engagement before final assembly.
In most CC-02 builds no additional adapters are required; confirm the servo horn and knuckle thread sizes match and replace only if fitment differs from stock dimensions.
Standard hobby tools are sufficient: hex drivers, pliers, thread locker if desired, and a caliper or ruler to check link lengths before tightening.
