Rigid aluminum servo mount for CC02 setups

This RC-scale aluminum servo mount is made for the Tamiya CC02 MERCEDES-BENZ G500 platform and is supplied as an 11pc set, model CC2024. It replaces the stock plastic bracket with a metal alternative to reduce flex at the servo interface and give a firmer mounting point for steering or auxiliary servos.

The kit contents include the servo mount and the fasteners required for a direct replacement; the metal component is described as a lightweight, high tensile aluminum part. The mount stabilises the servo under load and provides a consistent reference point for chassis tuning and setup.

Installation notes: the mount sits in the CC02 chassis mounting area used by the Mercedes G500 body layout and works with standard servo and horn hardware. Most stock setups accept a direct swap, but check screw lengths and horn clearance before final tightening. Installing the aluminum mount commonly tightens steering feel by cutting mount flex, which is useful when fitting higher torque servos or fine-tuning steering response.
