6061-T6 aluminium bumper mount for CC02 G500

This aluminium front bumper mount is made for the TAMIYA CC02 MERCEDES-BENZ G500 and supplied as an aftermarket upgrade. It helps stabilise the front bumper and reduces flex at the mounting points to keep alignment during heavy driving and technical trail sections.

The component is formed from 6061-T6 aluminium and uses a three-dimensional hollow cut to balance stiffness with weight savings. Fasteners required for a straightforward install are included, enabling direct replacement of the stock plastic mounting points on CC02 layouts that match the product pattern.

During setup the firmer anchor can alter impact response and steering feel; check bumper position and torque the screws to appropriate values to avoid passing excessive load into nearby plastic parts.
