Stiffer lower axle mounts for CC02 scale rigs

The CC2009 aluminum front and rear lower axle mount set is a scale RC upgrade that stabilizes lower suspension links on Tamiya CC02 MERCEDES-BENZ G500 and other CC02 chassis. Machined from aluminum 6061 T6 and supplied with stainless steel screws, the kit replaces molded plastic mounts to limit flex at the link interface and preserve consistent geometry under load.

These parts are sized for CC02 link mounting points and intended for RC-scale chassis use only. The precision fit reduces unwanted movement at the lower link pivot, helping the suspension hold alignment during cornering and over rough trail surfaces, which gives more predictable handling on both track and trail.

Installation follows the usual CC02 link-end replacement steps using the included hardware. Verify thread engagement and apply light, even torque to the stainless screws to avoid stripping or over-compressing the mount. Inspect original holes and replace any worn components before fitting the aluminum pieces.
