This RC-scale front lower suspension link arm set is made for the TAMIYA CC-02 chassis, model JR-CC209-BK. The parts are machined from aluminum to deliver a more rigid mounting point compared with common molded plastic links, and they are intended as direct-replacement hop-ups that use the same mounting locations on a CC-02 layout.
Installation is straightforward for experienced hobbyists: remove the stock front lower links, check alignment with the existing knuckles and crossmembers, then refit using the chassis original mounting hardware. Verify clearance for suspension travel and steering throw before final torque. The aluminum construction reduces flex at the link mounting while remaining suitable for scale RC applications; this text does not change any original chassis geometry requirements.
From a tuning perspective these front lower link arms act on the lower arm pivot points of the front suspension and therefore affect roll transfer and steering feedback. Replacing plastic links with metal helps reduce wear and keeps geometry consistent during prolonged use, which is useful for scale off-road running on CC-02 style rigs.
