The JR-CC201-BK is an anodized aluminum front brace that includes a servo mounting point for the Tamiya CC-02 chassis, supplied in a black finish as an upgrade over the factory plastic bracket. It is engineered to secure the front servo more rigidly to the CC-02 front structure, cutting down flex at the mount and helping to maintain steering geometry under load.
Installation on CC-02 layouts that use the factory front servo location is straightforward: the part fastens to the existing front brace and chassis attachment points and accepts standard servo placement where the original bracket sat. Check servo clearance and horn alignment before final torque and, where possible, reuse the chassis hardware. From a tuning perspective, this aluminum brace stiffens the front end to give crisper steering feedback and more consistent response when using larger servos or more aggressive steering setups.
