Aluminium servo saver and tie rod set for Tamiya CC-02

The kit replaces the stock plastic servo saver and steering tie rods on Tamiya CC-02 scale chassis with aluminium components designed for higher steering load and repeatable geometry. The assembly centers on a 25T servo-spline saver body paired with aluminium threaded tie rods, intended as a direct replacement for the original steering linkages on CC-02 layouts.

Installation is straightforward for users familiar with standard RC steering work: remove the factory saver and tie rods, fit the aluminium servo saver onto the servo spline, connect tie rods to the steering knuckles and servo horn, then fine-tune toe and centring by adjusting rod length and servo horn position. Use thread locker on steel-to-aluminium fasteners where appropriate and avoid over-tightening to preserve threads.

In tuning terms this aluminium assembly is used to stabilise steering input and reduce mechanical play when paired with higher-torque servos. It is a scale RC accessory intended for improving steering consistency and for easier geometry adjustments during setup or repair.
