This single-piece spring steel tie rod is built for Tamiya CC-01 chassis setups and replaces softer factory links to cut steering flex and give crisper feedback between the servo horn and steering knuckle.
Installation is simple: remove the original tie rod from the servo horn and steering arm, screw this unit into the existing ball cup or rod end, then check thread engagement and free movement through the steering arc. Trim or relocate any interfering sway components to avoid binding at full lock, and re-check for end play after a short test drive.
For tuning, a spring steel link controls unwanted compliance while avoiding excessive overall stiffness. Use it to fine tune steering return and slow-speed precision; it is not intended as a structural substitute for major suspension upgrades.
