Rear damper mount upgrade for CC-01

This aftermarket aluminium rear damper mount from GPM is made for the Tamiya CC01 chassis. Supplied as a 2pcs set, the parts act as direct replacement or stronger mounting points for the rear dampers on CC-01 scale models.

The mount is adjustable with discrete locations to change damper angle and lateral position. That adjustability helps you refine rear suspension reaction and tyre contact without altering the shock body itself.

Fitting is simple on CC-01 rear shock towers: remove the factory lower damper mounts, locate the GPM pieces in the same positions using the original fasteners where applicable, and check alignment before final tightening. Small shifts to the mounting location can be tested to see effects on roll, squat and traction during trial runs.

This item is compatible with

  • TAMIYA CC01
This mount is made for the Tamiya CC01 platform and replaces the rear lower damper mounting points on that chassis.
The listing includes a 2pcs set for the rear dampers intended to be fitted in the factory mounting positions.
Using different mounting positions changes damper angle and lateral placement, which alters rear roll and traction; make incremental changes and test on track to dial in behaviour.
