Adjustable rear damper for BBX tuning

This aftermarket rear shock assembly is made for the TAMIYA 1/10 BBX BB-01 platform and is supplied as GPM model BBX090R. It is a drop-in replacement hop-up intended for the rear damper positions to give riders easy spring preload adjustment at the top retainer.

The damper kit uses 7075 aluminum for the main housing and ships with two rear dampers plus two spare silver springs. The installed dampers use the original black springs, while the included silver springs have a 0.1mm larger wire diameter to provide a firmer response when fitted.

Setup is mechanical and user-friendly: alter spring preload with the top retainer to change the effective spring rate, tuning rear weight distribution and rebound on the BBX BB-01 chassis without modifying the shock body.

Fit these dampers to refresh or upgrade the BBX BB-01 rear shocks where a robust 7075 aluminium body and straightforward preload adjustment are needed; they use the stock mounting points for easy installation.
