The Tamiya 95176 Jr Torque-Tuned Motor J-Cup 2025 is a limited commemorative motor made to sharpen Mini 4WD performance. The silver label identifies this special run, and the unit is aimed at racers who need quicker acceleration and less speed decay on sloped, twisting layouts.

Model compatibility and electrical details

Made to fit the majority of Mini 4WD chassis, this motor is not compatible with the Mini 4WD PRO series. It uses metal brushes to improve electrical efficiency and provide stable power during runs. Recommended input voltage is 2.4 to 3.0 volts, with torque measured between 1.6 and 2.0 mN-m at suggested loads. No-load speeds range from about 12,300 to 14,700 rpm.

Race use and installation notes

Best suited to technical circuit racing where controlled acceleration is key. Installation requires an 8T pinion gear, sold separately, so you can tune gear ratios for your track. The orange endbell plus the silver and blue-green label give the motor a distinctive look as well as race-ready function.
