Thin 2 mm foam sheets for lightweight RC builds

This 2 mm foam board is supplied as four B4 sheets for RC-scale construction. The smooth face is easy to cut and trim and accepts adhesives without heavy sanding, making it useful where low mass and simple shaping are required.

Typical RC uses include internal buoyancy panels, light structural infill and basic airframe shaping for scale aircraft. Its low weight helps minimise overall component mass while providing a workable surface for glue and paint.

For attachment, choose a PVA or model-safe contact adhesive tested on foam; Tamiya Craft Bond is a suitable example. Avoid solvent-based glues that can damage the sheet. Cut with a sharp hobby knife and support the material on a flat cutting mat for square edges.
