Thunder Dragon Reissue

The Thunder Dragon returns as a faithful reissue of Tamiya's 1988 off-road buggy, keeping the iconic silhouette while offering a dependable 1/10 scale platform. The kit combines a shaft-driven 4WD layout with double wishbone suspension and an ABS bathtub chassis to deliver predictable handling and a build that teaches core RC skills.

Built Tough for Trail Runs

The ABS bathtub chassis gives the model a strong, easy-to-service base that stands up to rough tracks. Power is routed through a central shaft to front and rear diffs for balanced traction, while CVA oil-filled shocks and a front stabilizer smooth out rough sections for controlled driving.

Retro Styling, Straightforward Fit

The polycarbonate shell is supplied clear with silver pre-paint highlights and comes pre-cut and sticker-ready for a fast finish. The large spiked tires mounted on ABS wheels provide good bite on loose surfaces and add to the classic aggressive look.
