The production Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP debuted in 2019 as a road-going sportbike with strong circuit influence. It carries technologies developed for racing, including a high-output, liquid-cooled four-cylinder engine and aerodynamic bodywork with internal winglets on the side fairings. The SP specification concentrates on upgraded suspension and electronic features to improve track-capable handling while remaining usable on public roads.

The model is presented with emphasis on visual fidelity rather than construction. The finished replica reproduces the aerodynamic fairings and internal winglet profiles. The high-performance liquid-cooled four-cylinder engine is modelled with visible detail, and small parts such as bolts, the sprocket, and the chain are represented.
