The Honda CB750F made a big impact when it launched in 1979, celebrated for its air-cooled DOHC 16-valve inline four layout and increased output to about 70hp after the 1981 update. This Tamiya 16024 model captures that mechanical character at 1/6 scale, suited to builders who value accurate engineering detail and period correct presentation.
This Tamiya kit recreates the 748cc DOHC four-cylinder engine from the Honda CB750F with careful attention to form. Key visible elements include the exhaust routing, air cleaner, and the rear swing arm with chain drive. Builders will notice realistic small fasteners and main parts such as the cylinder head cover and the four carburetors. Parts are supplied in black plastic plus chrome and matte plated finishes to enhance realism. Vinyl tubing is included to represent breather hoses and oil lines, and the finished assembly mounts to a display stand with a spec sticker.
