This 1/12 scale plastic assembly kit recreates the Repsol Honda RC213V 2014 No.93 Marc Marquez race machine as a static display model with a focus on mechanical realism.
The real RC213V from 2014 received targeted development to refine aerodynamics and chassis balance. Updates included a modified front cowling intake, reworked body cowlings, and alterations to the aluminum twin-tube frame. Engine-side changes covered the V4 pneumatic valve arrangement, Honda seamless-shift gearbox characteristics, and revised electronic control elements. The 2014 package concentrated on chassis and aerodynamic refinement alongside engine evolution.
The kit models the championship No.93 bike at 1/12 scale and provides an accurate exterior profile plus many internal assemblies. Several cowl pieces are engineered to be removable after build so internal substructures can be inspected. The kit supplies clear windscreen parts intended for fitting without cement, and transparent components are used to represent tank grip areas. Small screws are provided to secure major components such as the engine, swing arm, and front fork to the frame.
The model features a faithful interpretation of the V4 power unit with associated ancillaries and a routed exhaust through the tail section. The tail cowl includes a reproduced camera housing. Tires are moulded in solid rubber with sidewall logo printing, and a comprehensive sheet of screen printed decals covers sponsor liveries and instrumentation graphics. A racing display stand is included in the box. For builders seeking higher fidelity, a separate front fork detail-up set (item 12667) is available.
A highly detailed static kit suited to experienced model builders and collectors who prioritise mechanical accuracy and visible internal detail at 1/12 scale.
