A 1/12 static plastic assembly kit reproducing the Nastro Azzurro Honda NSR 500, produced for accurate scale presentation and static display.
The Honda NSR500 was Honda Racing Corporation's two-stroke 500cc Grand Prix race machine, built around a compact V4 engine and campaigned from the late 20th century into the early 2000s. It provided a competitive platform for many top riders; during the 2000 season Valentino Rossi finished second in the 500cc riders' standings while riding an NSR500. The machine is recognised for its chassis balance and exhaust layout tailored to two-stroke power delivery.
Construction of the model concentrates on external authenticity and engine presentation. Upper and lower cowls are moulded as smooth one-piece parts to replicate the original curved surfaces. The V4 engine is modelled with a visible airbox and associated components, brake and ignition lines are represented, and tyres are supplied in rubber with patterned tread. The kit is intended for static display and includes a display stand and waterslide decals; pictorial assembly instructions are supplied.
A static 1/12 reproduction focused on external detail and engine presentation, suitable for collectors and builders seeking a display-ready model of the Nastro Azzurro Honda NSR 500.
