This detail-up set is made to refine the front fork and related suspension elements on 1/12 Konica Minolta Honda RC211V '06 motorcycle kits. Parts are intended to replace or augment standard kit components to raise visible fidelity in the fork and adjacent engine areas.
The Honda RC211V served as Honda's premier grand prix prototype from 2002 through 2006, evolving its chassis and suspension geometry to handle greater power and tire developments. Accurate fork detail is important for faithful scale reproductions of that era's racing machines.
Included metal and plastic replacements improve surface finish and mechanical appearance beyond what paint alone can deliver. The set features a finished axle block, anodized aluminum clutch cover, nickel-plated clutch bolt, black anodized aluminum inner and outer fork assemblies, a nickel-plated fork top, a gray spring, and small attaching rivets for increased realism around the front fork and clutch area.
A targeted collection of metal and plastic components designed to enhance the visible finish and detailed appearance around the front fork and clutch area of 1/12 RC211V '06 replicas, for builders pursuing more realistic surfaces and fitment.
